JOB DESCRIPTION

The Asset & Maintenance System Engineer plays a key role in advancing our maintenance excellence program through systematic documentation, digital system integration, and data-driven decision-making. This position supports the full lifecycle of facility and production assets, ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance documentation, and equipment records aligned with NOV and ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements.
2. Manage CMMS (Max Maintenance) data accuracy, including asset hierarchy, spare part master data, and PM scheduling optimization.
3. Analyze maintenance and reliability data to identify performance trends, downtime causes, and cost improvement opportunities.
4. Support maintenance team during breakdown investigations, ensuring accurate root cause documentation and corrective action tracking.
5. Drive process standardization and reporting initiatives using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
6. Collaborate with Maintenance ,Engineering & operations teams to strengthen asset management and maintenance planning processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline).
2. 2-5 years of industrial experience in maintenance engineering, asset management, or CMMS system administration.
3. Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as Max Maintenance, SAP PM, or Infor EAM.
4. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights.
5. Experience with Power BI or data reporting tools preferred.
6. CMRP or CAMP certification is an advantage.
