This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work in Robotics as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Robotics service business areain Slovenia. Main stakeholders are local Service manager and Service team.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.
- Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.

Qualifications for the role
- You are at ease communicating in english and slovenian language
- Enthusiasm for mechanical tasks with robotics equipment.
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar positions
- Experience in in servicing, maintaining and repairing activities would be considered a plus
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office platforms
- Minimum Level V technical education
- H old current driving license valid in Slovenia to be able to travel to domestic and/or international sites
- A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working.
