This Position reports to:
Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Execute service work according to agreed workflows, ABB standards, and safety guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 4 years industry experience, preferably with Switchgear.
• Electrical License (mandatory for this role).
• Computer literacy with Microsoft and Windows.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to negotiate amicably.
• Knowledge of electrical testing fundamentals (advantageous).
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret electrical drawings.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
