Position: ARAMCO CBT Approved Inspectors & HSE Officers
Location: Oman
Duration: 2 years
ARAMCO CBT approval is mandatory for all candidates

We have outlined the positions, along with the brief responsibilities & qualifications required for each role

1) Welding Inspector:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual welding inspections and ensure compliance with WPS, codes, and standards.
  • Review and coordinate NDT activities (UT, RT, MT, PT) and analyze results.
  • Maintain inspection records and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure adherence to international standards (AWS, ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with project teams and ensure HSE compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: CSWIP 3.1 (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in heavy offshore structure fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, NDT methods, and offshore standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
2) Coating Inspector:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and monitor surface preparation, blasting, and painting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and coating standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed inspection and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: NACE Level 2 (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven expertise in offshore structure coating, blasting, and painting.
  • Strong knowledge of coating standards and reporting practices.
3) Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation installations.
  • Conduct testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in offshore/onshore oil & gas projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, instrumentation, and calibration procedures.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
4) Telecommunication Inspector:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify installation and functionality of telecom systems (PA/GA, CCTV, networking, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and reporting on telecom systems.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in offshore/onshore communication systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom systems and standards.
5) Mechanical Equipment Inspector:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify the quality of static and rotating equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and project specifications.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in inspecting static and rotating equipment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ASME, API, ISO standards.
6) Valve Inspector:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test valves to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Verify valve certifications and documentation.
  • Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting of valve systems.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven expertise in valve inspection and testing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of API/ASME standards and offshore specifications.
7) HSE Officer:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project-specific requirements.
  • Provide HSE training and awareness to project teams.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate with NEBOSH (or equivalent certification).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE roles within oil & gas/offshore projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
