Job Duties:
Qualifications:
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production and NDT inspection equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to support maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical prints.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all other safety protocols while on the job.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repair solutions.
Job Duties:
- Use diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes to preform electrical tests and repairs.
- Apply knowledge of basic electronics, mechanics, and PLC automation to support maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with technicians, operators, and supervisors to resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repair solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Technical training or associates degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in and industrial, manufacturing, or military environment preferred.
- Familiarity with PLC automation and ladder logic is preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, mechanical prints, and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in the safe and effective use of electronic test equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
