Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts; overtime as needed

About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Control Technician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical control systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role involves working with industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical control hardware (motors, sensors, relays, controllers).
• Diagnose and repair control circuits (24VDC, 120VAC) and process signals (0–10VDC, 4–20mA).
• Perform phase rotation verification and replace sacrificial parts (fuses, overloads).
• Maintain pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems for control valves.
• Adjust field devices and verify discrete/analog signals.
• Comply with OSHA and local safety codes; participate in safety programs.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and medium voltage systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.
• Pre-employment assessments, background check, physical, and drug screen required.
• OSHA certification and union experience (preferred).
• Strong computer skills (SAP, Excel, Outlook) desirable.
