This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
Your Role
As a Maintenance Specialist in Ede, you play a key role within the production team of the Installation Materials department in the Electrification Business Area. You ensure that our machinery operates at peak performance - from injection molding machines to automated production lines. Together with your team, you are responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuously improving our production processes. Digitalization plays an important role in our production unit, and you help us take the next steps in this area.
You work a day shift (Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30) in a close‑knit team of five colleagues, where flexibility and collaboration are essential. You are able to take over tasks when needed, and your ideas and commitment are both valued and expected.
What will you do?
• Repair and maintain the machinery to keep it in excellent condition
• Develop preventive and reliability-focused maintenance plans together with Engineering
• Advise on ways to make systems more reliable, safer, and easier to operate
• Respond quickly with your team to breakdowns and emergencies to keep production running
• Propose improvements for processes and energy efficiency
• Implement health, safety, and environmental guidelines
What do you bring?
• A completed VMBO or MBO qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• 2-5 years of experience in a technical workshop environment
• Experience with pneumatics and electronics
• A hands-on mentality, flexibility, and strong team spirit
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch or English, both spoken and written
