Job Responsibilities

-Adhere to all company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSE&Q) policies while performing maintenance activities.

-Execute equipment lifecycle responsibilities, including Initial Maintenance Evaluations, preventive and corrective maintenance per program requirements, Work Order execution/close-out, and equipment disposal.

-Support reliability initiatives by participating in failure investigations.

-Participate in the continuous improvement culture and initiatives within the Maintenance Base (MB) to enhance asset utilization, reduce downtime, and improve asset turnaround time, including efforts related to maintenance delays, parts and repair authorization processes, failures, and work-in-process.

-Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.

Minimum Job Qualifications

-Completed High School Diploma.

-Candidates with mechanical aptitude and a background in routine and preventive maintenance of directional drilling as well as measuring and logging equipment are preferred.

-Candidates must follow Standard Work Instructions (SWI) during equipment maintenance, utilize precision measuring tools, and function efficiently within a shop setting.

-The position may involve working extended hours, and is essential to delivering reliable, high-quality drilling tools to oilfield customers.

-Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
