Responsibilities:

• Shall have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments
• Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
• Switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
• Analyzers (pH and Conductivity)
• Vibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, Proximitors)
• Valves (Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves)
• Valve Accessories (Solenoid Valves, Valve Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Positioners, Pneumatic Relays, Air Regulators and Filters, Lubricators)
  
  • Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Hand tools
  • Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments
  • Shall have hands-on experience in the removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement
  • Shall have the proven competency and experience as required in the relevant Scope of Work
  • Shall have basic report-writing skills
  • Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.
  • Shall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant
  • Shall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries
• Shall have an awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma in respective trade (12+3 years)
• 05 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency.
