What You Will Do:
- Assembles, breaks down and repairs equipment in the warehouse.
- Troubleshoots quality issues. Evaluates non-conforming product to determine if requires rework, repair, or to be scrapped.
- Ensure inventory is stored in proper location. Use forklift in a safe manner following all safety rules.
- Utilization of heavy warehouse equipment such as a forklift and pallet jack.
- Utilization of hand and/or small power tools
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe environment.
- Conducts field service calls as required
- Provides professional and timely service to customer concerns
- Completes field service reports
- Using technical knowledge of products and services to sell, deliver, install, and maintain company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
- Delivering product to customer location as needed
- Assist in field services with senior technician as required.
- Comply with safety rules and OH&S standards.
- Performs other routine duties.
- Other duties as required.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Fitness-to-work testing
- Drivers' abstract
Position Details:
- Travel to customer/client sites will be required
- Working on customer sites, remote locations
- Overnight Stay may be required
- On Call rotation
- Permanent

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Experience working independently in a safe and reliable manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills - Expresses thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing, using good grammar. Listen to understand input, feedback and concerns. Provides complete information in an open, honest and straightforward manner. Responds promptly and positively to questions and requests.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars.
