Technicians / ServiceThe Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
- Comply with SLB's and respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Craft Certification or related experience in mechanical, technical or similar field
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
