HSE

Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules.

Contributes to ensuring that TEPDK and NorSpie's HSE regulations are considered during preparations as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practices.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Assist the Operations and Maintenance team in implementing key improvement actions across People, Process, and Systems areas to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and support digitalization initiatives

MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Process Review & Analysis for improvement: Document current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and digitization.
• Digital Tool Implementation: Assist in deploying and configuring various digital platforms to improve visibility and efficiencies (e.g., Client ERP system enhancements, workflow automation and data visualization dashboards).
• Data Management: Support data migration, cleansing, and integration between legacy systems and new digital solutions to enhance historical archiving.
• User Training & Support: Create user guides and provide basic training for employees on new digital tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes.

Reporting: Prepare progress reports and dashboards to track digitization KPIs.
