Description

You would be part of our night Maintenance Team. You would be supporting with PPM's, breakdowns and reactive maintenance. The hours are 5:45pm to 5:45am, 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

To maintain the MRF plant equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures, goods manufacturing practices, schedules and health & safety.

• Operate the plant process when required
• Machine start up, routine and not routine plant maintenance
• Ensure KPI's are achieved and machine down time is at a minimum
• Monitor, report and action equipment performance
• Complete relevant manufacturing and engineering documentation
• Maintain housekeeping on site, work areas and MRF equipment areas
• Communicate machine status and performance to the maintenance supervisor
• Ensure effective handovers are completed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Level 3 or equivalent in engineering/maintenance
• Engineering or maintenance experience
• Experience or knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Analytical and logical thought process
• Ability to diagnose issues and problem solve
• Results driven and ability to stick to deadlines
