Project Manager - HVAC / MEP

Sector: Safety-Critical Infrastructure

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex HVAC and specialist ventilation projects within safety-critical environments. You'll take full ownership of scope, programme, quality, cost and client management, overseeing projects from tender through to on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, procurement, construction & commissioning
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Control programme performance, reporting, risk, and project milestones
• Oversee subcontractors, procurement and commercial processes (payments, variations, change control)
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and represent the project in senior meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering HVAC/MEP projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework & electrical installations
• Experience managing subcontractors and fast-paced programmes
• Knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
• SMSTS/IOSH or similar safety qualification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
