Responsibilities:
- Receive, dismantle, repair, and refurbish field tools and equipment with precision
- Follow detailed technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and perform necessary maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems with specialized tools and equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct quality control analysis
- Prepare tools for assembly, repair, or modifications with attention to detail
- Operate tools and machinery efficiently and effectively
- Visualize assembly and repair processes to ensure proper execution
Skills Required:
- Experience handling hazardous materials, radioactive elements, and explosives
- Knowledge of NDT, NDE, and ATEX policies and principles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Active learning and listening skills
- Excellent reading comprehension and written communication
- Sound judgment and decision-making aligned with company procedures
- Quality control analysis expertise
- Information ordering and task prioritization abilities
Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Qualifications Preferred:
- Previous experience with maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
- Technical certifications related to equipment maintenance
- Experience with quality control processes
