Wood is seeking Expressions of Interest from a Maintenance Delivery Manager with proven Oil & Gas Maintenance experience to join our Operations business in Darwin, Northern Territory. This is anticipated to be a permanent hybrid role to support of one of our key clients in the region.

Ideally you will be suitably qualified engineer or trade qualified professional from a recognized institution or tertiary qualification will also be considered. You will bring a minimum of 10 years' proven experience in a leadership role in operations and maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector, working across multidiscipline project environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of maintenance strategy, execution, and performance across all disciplines.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a Focal Point and Subject Matter Expert for upcoming maintenance activities in Darwin
- Contribute technical and operational input to tender submissions
- Manage maintenance budgets, cost control and overall contract performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee the planning and execution of turnarounds and campaign maintenance activities
- Mentor and develop supervisors, planners and engineers
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary maintenance teams across onshore and offshore assets
