Wood is seeking Expressions of Interest from a Maintenance Delivery Manager with proven Oil & Gas Maintenance experience to join our Operations business in Darwin, Northern Territory. This is anticipated to be a permanent hybrid role to support of one of our key clients in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of maintenance strategy, execution, and performance across all disciplines.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a Focal Point and Subject Matter Expert for upcoming maintenance activities in Darwin
• Contribute technical and operational input to tender submissions
• Manage maintenance budgets, cost control and overall contract performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Oversee the planning and execution of turnarounds and campaign maintenance activities
• Mentor and develop supervisors, planners and engineers
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary maintenance teams across onshore and offshore assets

Expected:

You will be able to work lawfully in Australia and hold full working rights for this location. If you have a visa application in progress, you are also encouraged to apply.

Ideally you will be suitably qualified engineer or trade qualified professional from a recognized institution or tertiary qualification will also be considered. You will bring a minimum of 10 years' proven experience in a leadership role in operations and maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector, working across multidiscipline project environments.

In addition, you will have:

• A demonstrated commitment to safety
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - both written and verbal
• Experience managing large budgets and contract performance
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage service/maintenance delivery
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting and decision-making for resolving maintenance and delivery obstacles

Desirable:

What will set you apart is your proven experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Delivery Manager working within a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment, preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas / LNG industry.
