Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing entry level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performs analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards.
- Troubleshooting simple equipment failures and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with {MV and LV services} and the {different} markets
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have {7} years of experience in {MV and LV products services}
(OPTIONAL: working as {Ste Field service leader } in {installation, testing & commissioning, Maintenance, power & control circuit modifications and troubleshooting) - Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in {Microsoft office and relevant tools}
- You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around {problem solving} and {teamwork}
- Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience in {electrical services work}
- You are at ease communicating in {English , Arabic is a must}
