Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leads the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and/or facilities. Each day, you will develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures for optimizing costs and profitability. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines to reduce both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.

The work model for the role is onsite.

This role is contributing to Electrification Smart Power Business Area.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defining maintenance policies and processes that drive maximum efficiency of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
• Developing and implementing life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment.
• Determining maintenance plans for new production lines and recommends methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering department.
• Proposing and managing the annual maintenance budget by monitoring the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to cost issues as necessary.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Degree in Engineering
• You are at ease communicating in English language
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of maintenance principles and practices
• Experience with ERP (SAP will be considered as an advantage)
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills
