Job Summary:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Assemble, test, and inspect control valves, actuators, and related components following engineering drawings, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
  • Verify parts and kitted materials prior to assembly and maintain accurate records of test data and assembly details.
  • Configure digital and mechanical positioners, perform sub‑assemblies, and conduct leak testing in accordance with standards.
  • Use measurement tools-including torque tools, gauges, and calipers-safely and precisely.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including the paint shop and quality representatives, to support efficient workflows.
  • Practice strong 5S principles and proactively identify and report workplace hazards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, and housekeeping while maintaining proper care of tools and equipment.
  • Follow all HSE protocols, including PPE use, LOTO procedures, and incident reporting requirements.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Foundational technical training such as ITI or a Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation fields.
  • Hands‑on experience in assembly, mechanical fitting, or industrial equipment handling (candidates with transferable technical skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Basic proficiency using hand tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.
  • Commitment to safety practices, documentation accuracy, and collaborative teamwork.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience assembling valves, actuators, or similar industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with leak testing, torque tools, or digital positioner configuration.
  • Basic Rigger Level 1 training or Overhead Crane Operator certification.
  • Prior involvement in 5S, continuous improvement, or safety programs.
