JOB DESCRIPTION

Know company QHS&E policy and procedures.

Maintain regular, reliable attendance.

Work as part of a team to plan, analyze and control the quality of processes involved in bringing our products to a

state that can be used by our customers for their production purposes.

Know and recognize all products produced by XL Systems and how to inspect, repair and care for them.

Know proprietary technologies, processes and workplace policies to achieve organizational objectives.

Maintain and assist with all yard work assignments.

Help coordinate all manpower necessary to address the changing workload of the Process & Finish Department in

an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Attempt to improve yard working conditions, product handling, and safety. Contribute daily to the quality process.

Other duties as defined by Process & Finish Manager.
