JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide on-site technical support to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Commission, start up, and perform operational checkouts of newly installed systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Consult with customers regarding installation and operational concerns.
• Conduct equipment acceptance testing.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
• Diagnoses mechanical and hydraulic failures with minimal supervision.
• Provides customer training as required.
• Comply with all NOV Company Policies and HSE requirements.
• Perform related duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in oil and gas
• Experience using hand tools, torque wrenches, and power drills required.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft office suite and ability to learn other necessary applications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and medical examinations screenings.
• Must be able to pass a 3-year driving history background check.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• Must possess professional, clear, verbal and written communication skills.
• Unrestricted ability to travel and work overtime during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, reach and perform repetitive motions for up to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
