We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Instrument Technician to mobilise offshore for a 21-day rotation. Working for a leading EPC.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will carry out instrumentation maintenance, calibration, fault-finding, testing, and inspection activities to support safe and reliable operations. Responsibilities include working on a wide range of field instrumentation—such as pressure, temperature, level, flow, fire & gas, and control loop systems—while ensuring all work is completed in line with offshore procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on instrumentation and control systems
  • Conduct calibration, loop checks, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Support operations teams during shutdowns and maintenance periods
  • Complete work packs, reports, and permit-to-work documentation accurately
  • Work safely and effectively within offshore safety and operational guidelines
  • Communicate with supervisors, control room personnel, and fellow technicians to ensure smooth work execution
Requirements
Candidates must hold all of the following valid certifications:
  • BOSIET
  • MIST
  • OGUK / Offshore Medical
  • Bi-Deltoid Measurement Card
  • CompEx (01-04)
  • TSBT01 & TSBT02
