Shale & Tight is accepting online applications for the position of Technician, VOC / Emissions located in Greeley, Colorado, through April 9th 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Conduct and document ECD preventative maintenance and site inspections to ensure proper safeguard operation, ECD efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Perform or initiate any manufacturer required repairs.
• Assemble and repair oil field machinery/equipment.
• Provide assistance to Operations as needed.
• Develop, document and implement quality control procedures.
• Maintain company vehicle to ensure ability to safely and effectively perform required tasks.
• Abide by all Chevron Control of Work Standards and Standard Operation Procedures.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and reducing environmental impact in all job aspects.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license
• 1-2 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• Understanding of Reg 7 standard.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical ability test

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of equipment and tools commonly used in the oil and gas industry.
• Self-starter: possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem Solving: presents recommendations and builds on ideas of others. Possesses skills and knowledge to solve problems within job scope of work.
• Work well within a team.
• Basic knowledge with computers and technology.

Relocation Options:

Relocation is not considered.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
