JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manages and coordinates all physical facilities (buildings, grounds and equipment) and related activities.
• Plans, recommends and provides facilities modifications (as approved) to meet headcount, equipment and other requirements;
• Oversees construction and remodeling activities;
• Manages all building repair and maintenance work;
• Plans and implements landscape work to ensure beautification around buildings;
• Supervises employees, their work schedules and assignments;
• Oversees of preventative maintenance systems;
• Oversees of all Janitorial services;
• Maintains facility security systems.
