We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our WebSite Factory (WSF) team as a Tech Project Manager. WSF is the platform powering brand editorial websites across all L'Oréal divisions and geographic zones, built on Sitecore CMS and hosted on Microsoft Azure. The team is composed of approximately 200 members.
This pivotal role is not just about managing projects; it's about being the "face" and voice of our team, championing transversal tech solutions across WSF ecosystem. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technology and organizational readiness, ensuring that our ambitious tech initiatives are seamlessly integrated and embraced by our diverse platform worldwide.

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technology and organizational readiness, ensuring that our ambitious tech initiatives are seamlessly integrated and embraced by our diverse platform worldwide.
What will be your day to day ? :
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of tech projects, involving multiple stakeholders (CDMO, Divisions, Countries, IT Zones, Architects...)
- Frame technical initiatives and evaluate concepts proposed by teams, assessing their technical viability with the WSF team. Act as the primary translator between highly technical teams (Developers, Architects) and business.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Website Factory platform.
- Produce comprehensive partner briefs and RFP documentation for managed services procurement (development, cloud operations, evolution)
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of brand pilots, platform evolutions, and strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Integration & POC Engagement: Actively participate in Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for emerging AI and tech solutions, providing strategic input on adoption pathways, change impact, and scalability to ensure successful transition from innovation to global implementation.
- Roadmap Awareness & Alignment: Create awareness and understanding of both the business and IT Zones for ongoing pipeline initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across all relevant parties.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting: Define clear metrics and reports to support the projects.
- Fuel the quarterly PI planning cycles: content preparation, prioritization workshops, roadmap presentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with strategic technology partners to deliver the projects.
And what are the key technical skills in this position for you to succeed ?
- Solid understanding of Tech architecture.
- Knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore strongly preferred), cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and hands-on experience or a strong interest in prompt engineering and creating effective AI instructions.
- Proven experience working with hybrid teams (employees + freelancers, onshore + offshore) in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent presentation skills for audiences ranging from business to tech teams, to align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Strong background in developing and executing comprehensive communication and training plans for technology adoption.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong asset given the France-based global coordination role
