JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to customer sites throughout the United States and internationally to install, commission, test, calibrate and, train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV Rolligon products.
• Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems.
• Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate and maintain the system.
• Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments.
• Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• College or Technical School Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related on-the-job experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems preferred.
• Electrical background preferred.
• Experience in heavy industry or the oil and gas environment preferred.
• Possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• Possess professional, clear, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and maintain a positive reputation.
• Unrestricted ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Must maintain valid driver's license and have clean driving record.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and medical examinations screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a 3-year driving history background check.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• Must possess professional, clear, verbal and written communication skills.
• Unrestricted ability to travel and work overtime during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, reach and perform repetitive motions for up to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional reputation when interacting with customers and internal teams.
