Overview

AtkinsRéalis are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager (Infrastructure projects) to join our PMC team in Qatar.

Your role

• Lead and manage the technical delivery process for infra projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement technical strategies and workflows.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of information management models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks on information management/technical models and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM/GIS technologies and advancements, implementing them as necessary.
• Prepare and present reports and documentation to clients and senior management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in Technical leadership on mega infrastrcuture projects
• Proven experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
• Mandatory Qatar experience, with UPDA/MMUP registration.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
