We are looking for a highly skilled Site Superintendent to lead the operational planning and execution of a critical marine infrastructure project in the UK.If you are a seasoned professional who thrives on technical precision and high QHSE-S standards, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in a flagship project.

The Role: From Mobilization to Execution
You will be the heartbeat of the site, ensuring that works are performed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Your mission is divided into two key phases:

Phase 1: Mobilization & Prep (April – July 2026)
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Direct supervision of GDI (Direct Piping) for all mobilization and preparatory works.
  • Site Setup: Manage site establishment, including laydown areas, temporary facilities, and access road preparation.
  • Logistics: Oversight of pipeline mobilization, offloading, handling, and storage.
  • Technical Prep: Supervision of drilling pit preparation and sheet piling works.
  • Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s representative (RWE), ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Phase 2: Execution (August 2026)
  • Operations: Supervise GDI’s drilling operations and direct piping works.
  • Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to approved methodologies and QHSE requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed daily reports on progress, performance, and site safety.


Your Profile
We are looking for a leader who is as comfortable in the field as they are in a planning meeting.Technical Essentials:
  • Experience: 7 years as a Site Superintendent on major construction or marine projects. (Previous Site Manager experience is a major plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Skills: Exceptional technical background with a sharp eye for project planning and scheduling.
  • Compliance: A valid UK Passport is mandatory for this role.
Soft Skills:
  • Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required to interface with stakeholders and clients effectively.
