Your role and responsibilities

Ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment and reduce equipment downtime. Ensure the safety of equipment use and the stability of its functions. Enhance maintenance efficiency, save maintenance resources and reduce maintenance costs. 确保设备安全稳定运行,减少设备停机; 确保设备使用的安全性和功能稳定性; 提高维修效率,节约维修资源,降低维修费用。

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the equipment, promptly eliminate equipment faults to restore its performance, record fault phenomena and analyze the causes of faults. 保证设备安全、稳定、高效运行,及时排除设备故障恢复设备性能,记录故障现象分析故障原因。
• Implement the maintenance plan and content in accordance with the norms and requirements, and optimize the equipment maintenance plan and content. 按照规范和要求执行维护计划和维护内容,优化设备维护计划和维护内容。
• Train the equipment operation staff, supervise the use of the equipment and the safety of the equipment operators. 培训设备操作员工,监督设备使用及设备操作人员的安全。
• Participate in engineering projects such as equipment installation, commissioning and improvement, and provide technical support and suggestions. Regularly inspect the operating status and parameters of the equipment, and be responsible for 6S on-site management. 参与设备安装、调试、改善等工程项目,提供技术支持与建议, 定期巡视设备运行状态及运行参数,负责6S现场管理。

Qualifications for the role:

• College degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, mechanical equipment maintenance, Electrical automation or related fields. 大专及以上学历,机电一体化、机械设备维修、电气自动化等相关专业。
• More than five years of working experience in the maintenance, installation and commissioning of injection molding and stamping equipment. 五年以上注塑、冲压设备维修或安装调试工作经验。
• Be capable of using professional tools and instruments to perform maintenance operations on equipment, ensuring the quality and safety of maintenance. 能够使用专业工具、仪器对设备进行维修操作,保证维修质量和安全。
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, capable of writing maintenance reports. Proficient in electrical principles and circuit diagrams, capable of wiring according to the diagrams, and able to independently locate and eliminate electrical faults. 熟练掌握Word、Excel、PowerPoint使用,能够编写维修报告; 熟练掌握电气原理、电路图、按图接线,能够独立查找及排除电气故障。
• Hold a valid low-voltage electrician certificate and have the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings。持有效低压电工证,具备机械、电气图纸阅读能力。
• Basic reading and writing skills in English or German. 基础英语或德语读写能力。
