II -General Responsibilities

• /维修技术工作,确保设备设施处于良好的运行状态。

III -Main Accountabilities

• 负责公司生产设备的日常维修,各类故障的及时处理排除工作
• 负责制定设备维护保养内容,并执行定期预防性设备保养计划
• 负责制定设备大修技术内容及具体的执行工作
• 负责组织和协调,完成设备相关的安全改造和升级工作
• 负责设备相关的内外部审核配合与协调工作
• 确保设备符合相关安全规定,对于新设备应及时辨别其新的职业健康安全因素、并将该信息及时反馈给安全部门。负责对自制、新装或大修的特种设备上的安全附件作技术检查与鉴定。
• 参与新设备引进技术研究及评估,从设备维修角度提出创新思路。

IV -Requirements

Education Background

机电一体化或电气专业本科以上学历

Working Experience

Position Knowledge/Skills

• 基机械制图,机械原理,机械制造工艺,气动和液压原理,电气传动,电机与拖动。计算机应用,电气安全。
• 数控设备原理与控制技术,传感器与检测技术,PLC原理及相关应用技术,伺服控制系统技术,设备现场总线技术与应用,西门子/倍福数控系统,工业机器人技术。

Language Skills

• 良好的英语读写和口语能力
