Your Role and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a new Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Smart Power, Vaasa. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and/or facilities. Y ou will develop and guide the operations, as well as develop the competencies of the team through training, and target s etting .

Note that t he position includes acting as the Electrical Works Superviso r

The work model for this role is : On-site

Additionally, you will be accountable for:

• Coordinating with the team to solve major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

• Developing, maintaining and executing the factory total preventive maintenance plan

• Ensuring the safety level in production teams and proactively seeking improvements to ensure the safety of the workers

• Ensuring that the resources and capability exist to fulfil l the maintenance requirements on time within budget

• Developing and guiding operations in own responsibility area in a systematic and analytical way

• Evaluat ing , select ing , and further develop ing the maintenance management system to support operational efficiency

Qualifications for the Role

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc.in Engineering from a relevant field

• A few years' relevant experience from a manufacturing environment

• Basic understanding of automation and robotics

• Knowledge and prior experience in total preventive maintenance

• Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

• Fluency in Finnish , both written and spoken

• S2 Certificate on electrical qualification
