In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Process engineering.
• Project Management.
• Product Transfers.
• Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Lean Engineering.
• Facilities Management.
• Quality Problem-Solving Tools.
• Assist in development and implementation of the company's strategic plan.
• Determine the nature, scope, and viability of proposed projects, and assist in deciding if they should be undertaken.
• Manage and coordinate the resources of the engineering department and maintenance ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Lead the efforts of improving productivity using Lean Manufacturing, 5's and process automation.
• Standardization of the process documenting the best practices, at the same time maintain these documents upgraded.
• Lead and manage the launch of new products and/or processes from inception to production release.
• Experience working with staff globally.
• AR Requisition: CAPEX / OPEX Management.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering.

• English: Advanced (C1 - 90%).

• Minimum 12 years as manufacturing engineering superintendent or in Engineering managerial position.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Desirable: Master's degree is a plus.

• Ability to travel including internationally (VISA).
