Roles and Responsibilities
- Uphold Weatherford's core values of safety, security, and environmental protection while complying with all company policies and regulations
- Perform functional tests, inspections, and monitoring specialized oil field equipment
- Clean, lubricate, repair, and operate equipment according to specific work instructions
- Conduct equipment assembly/disassembly, pressure testing, and visual inspections
- Rig up/down equipment at well sites
- Inspect parts using measuring instruments to determine dimensional requirements
- Participate in safety meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
- Actively engage in personal career development and training opportunities
Skills / Education
- High School Diploma
- 1-2½ years in the Oil & Gas industry
- Equipment maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and monitoring
- Basic mathematics, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management
- Ability to meet the physical demands of field
