Job Summary:
Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
Coordinate effectively with respective management to properly plan for inventory needed to fulfil customers certification requirements to achieve an average turnaround time of 4 weeks for minor certification and 8 weeks for master certification.
Providing technical and analytical guidance to the Aftermarket service teams
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
To facilitate and structure the procurement activities performed in the projects according to the procedures and guidelines of NOV.
Manage dispatch/inside sales of ISE aftermarket services & rental departments for effective delivery to customers.
Competence development and performance management of Subordinates when applicable.
Develop and maintain Rental equipment records, including Basis usage.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
- Proper coordination and teamwork with the operations & quality team functions to meet the requirements of all projects.
- Defining, monitoring, and improving effective metrics for analyzing the progress and continuous improvement of service performance.
- Ensuring that all activities are carried out according to the set policies, execution models, procedures etc., using agreed common tools and systems.
- Monitor and Manage Intuiflow for both CS & CT warehouse
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Business / technical degree or equivalent training.
- 5 Years of Experience.
- Has the ability to create enthusiasm.
- Has good networking skills.
- Is solution oriented.
- Knowledge of products and technologies of respective businesses.
- Good communication skills and ability to build a strong relationship with internal and external partners Knowledge of supply management tools and systems.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- English is a must
