Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute, document, and close out maintenance work orders in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, materials, equipment movements, and parts used.
- Conduct initial equipment evaluations and perform daily inspections to support equipment reliability and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Dismantle, inspect, assemble, and test various types of valves and other wellhead and frac assemblies.
- Reconcile post-job resources, including materials, time, and equipment, to support accurate maintenance records and cost traceability.
- Maintain shop tools, hand tools, and a clean work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Dispose of equipment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in failure investigations and contribute to equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a safe working environment by actively participating in HSE programs, training, safety observations, and daily safety meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-5 years of relevant or similar experience; experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a diverse team.
- Familiarity with forklift operation, overhead cranes, or similar equipment is considered an asset.
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work and reside in Canada without sponsorship.
