This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ex-Maintenance QC to join our Iraq Business Unit.

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for ensuring that all explosion-proof (Ex) electrical and instrumentation equipment installed and maintained in hazardous areas complies with applicable international standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual, close, and detailed inspections of Ex equipment in hazardous areas
• Verify compliance with IECEx / ATEX standards
• Ensure correct installation and maintenance per OEM requirements
• Raise NCRs and follow up corrective actions
• Monitor maintenance activities for Ex equipment
• Ensure compliance with IEC 60079 standards
• Verify use of certified Ex spares and accessories
• Maintain Ex inspection registers
• Review Ex certificates and documentation
• Prepare inspection and compliance reports
• Adhere to HSE and permit-to-work systems
• Promote hazardous area safety practices

Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 8+ years Oil & Gas maintenance experience
• Knowledge of IEC standards
• Ability to read drawings and Ex certificates
• Strong safety and quality mindset
