We are looking for a Utility Inspector (HSE) to join a large-scale township infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility inspection, surveying, and infrastructure works on residential, mixed-use, or masterplan developments.rds.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Utility Inspector (HSE) to join a large-scale township infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility inspection, surveying, and infrastructure works on residential, mixed-use, or masterplan developments.rds.
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Inspect and monitor utility installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Conduct site surveys, setting out, and as-built measurements.
- Monitor wet and dry utility works including water, sewer, stormwater, irrigation, electrical, and telecom networks.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and utility authorities on site activities.
- Verify levels, alignments, and utility corridor layouts.
- Review survey data and ensure accuracy of records and reports.
- Report site progress, quality issues, and non-conformance observations.
- Ensure HSE and quality standards are maintained on site.
- Assist with utility relocation and infrastructure coordination activities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in utility inspection or surveying.
- Previous experience on infrastructure, township, or large residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of wet and dry utilities.
- Experience using Total Station, GPS equipment, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Saudi utility standards and authorities is preferred.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience gained from working on mixed use development in similar role in the GCC is being looked for.
