Coiled Tubing Mechanical Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Technician with extensive experience in coiled tubing equipment and pump systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work in demanding field environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of coiled tubing equipment and high-pressure fracturing well service pumps
• Maintain and service centrifugal pumps and nitrogen pumps
• Diagnose and repair internal combustion engines
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Inspect and maintain transmissions and final drives
• Utilize CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Exposures and Experiences:

• Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience with coiled tubing and pump systems
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS software
• Technical training certification (required)
