Role Description - summary

负责自动化设备的日常维修及定期维护,确保设备的正常运作,达成公司制定的维修指标;

协助工程师完成设备改造,电路安装及调试,提高生产效率;

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

负责公司非标测试及装配设备的日常维修及定期保养;

针对故障率高的设备,具备问题分析及改善能力,解决重复性维修问题;

具备一定的机械基础知识,能解决设备简单的机械问题,如夹具更换及位置调整; 协助工程师完成新生产线的设备安装及调试;

具备较强的设备安全意识,能够识别安全隐患并提出整改意见,并负责落实整改。 Knowledge, Skills and Experience

大专以上学历,电气工程或自动化专业;

至少 3 年以上非标自动测试设备,自动组装设备相关维修经验,独立完成维修工作;

熟悉松下或者 ABB 的 PLC 编程,能查看程序发现问题;

良好的工作态度及主动性; 能够接受晚班及周末的工作安排;

电工上岗证,并且在有效期内。
