About the Role
As a Laboratory Technician within the Quality Department, you will take on a broad and varied role supporting laboratory testing, calibration activities, and operational support across the organization. You will become part of an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory environment, contributing to high quality standards through testing, calibration, documentation, and close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and FAT teams.
This position offers a dynamic workday where no two days are alike. Priorities and tasks may shift according to production needs, ongoing projects, and operational requirements, making flexibility, collaboration, and a proactive mindset essential for success in the role.
Please note that this is not a traditional chemistry laboratory. The laboratory focuses on mechanical and physical testing of components and materials in a practical and hands-on "rough lab" environment. You will work with larger physical items and testing equipment where precision, quality, and attention to detail remain essential.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and physical testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and production samples
- Support calibration, verification, and maintenance of measuring equipment and instruments
- Ensure accurate documentation, data handling, and reporting of laboratory results
- Support compliance-related activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to daily operational support within the laboratory and quality organization
- Work with automated systems, structured data, and digital workflows related to testing and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational background as a Laboratory Technician, Process Technologist, or similar technical education
- Experience from a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of basic laboratory principles, GLP, and data handling
- Experience with mechanical or physical testing, or practical laboratory work, is an advantage
- Experience with calibration activities or measuring equipment is an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 and quality systems is preferred
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and learning new digital systems
- Structured and detail-oriented working approach
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
