Which company will you be joining as a "Maintenance Engineering Leader (M/F)"?

We are seeking, for a major industrial project within the NZT (Net Zero Teesside) initiative, a Maintenance Engineering Lead (H/F) responsible for steering the preparation and structuring of the Maintenance scope for a future CO₂ capture and compression facility. Reporting to the O&M Manager, the role will be accountable for the quality, consistency, and completeness of all Maintenance deliverables required to support the commissioning and operational readiness of the facilities.

"Maintenance Engineering Leader (M/F)" What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Main Responsibilities

Maintenance scope leadership
  • Participation in the steering of the Maintenance Engineering scope in collaboration with the O&M Manager
  • Management and supervision of a team of 4 to 5 people
  • Ensuring the consistency, quality, and integrity of all Maintenance deliverables

Maintenance deliverables
  • Development and validation of the Asset Register
  • Equipment criticality studies
  • Maintenance plans and strategies (preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance)
  • Maintenance procedures
  • Spare parts and tooling management
  • Maintenance documentation

Coordination & interfaces
  • Participation in Maintenance workshops
  • Interface with Engineering, Process, Operations teams, and subcontractors
  • Review of vendor documentation
  • Contribution to the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)


What profile and skills are required for this "Maintenance Engineering Leader (M/F)" role?

Required Profile

Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering within industrial projects
  • EPC/EPCM experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in preparing operations and maintenance activities

Technical skills
  • Preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance
  • Equipment criticality analysis
  • RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) methodology
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Familiarity with industrial standards (API, AISC, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Languages
  • Fluent English is essential
