Overview
Facilitate coordination between the project, authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of facilities management services.
Your role
- Act as a liaison with government authorities, municipalities, and service providers.
- Coordinate permits, approvals, and access requirements for FM activities.
- Track and follow up on stakeholder-related issues impacting operations.
- Support resolution of conflicts related to facility usage, utilities, or access.
- Maintain records of stakeholder communications and agreements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations and authority requirements.
About you
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in coordination or stakeholder management roles.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and authority coordination preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
