Job Description
* Perform troubleshooting, inspection, testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of field instrumentation.

* Maintain and calibrate Pressure, Level, Flow, and Temperature Transmitters and Switches.

* Maintain and troubleshoot pH and Conductivity Analyzers.

* Inspect, test, install, remove, and adjust vibration monitoring instruments including Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, and Proximitors.

* Maintain and troubleshoot Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves, and associated valve accessories.

* Use hand tools and calibration equipment for instrument maintenance and testing activities.

* Record maintenance activities in CMMS and prepare basic maintenance reports.

* Follow work permits, SOPs, work instructions, and HSE requirements during all maintenance activities.

* Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

* Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in instrument maintenance within Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Process Industries.

* Hands-on experience with transmitters, switches, analyzers, vibration monitoring systems, and control valves.

* Proficient in calibration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of field instruments.

* Experience using instrument calibration tools, test equipment, and hand tools.

* Familiarity with CMMS, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and industrial maintenance procedures.

* Knowledge of HSE standards, PPE requirements, and safe work practices in process plants.

* Ability to read and follow technical procedures and maintenance instructions.

* Basic report-writing skills and good communication in written and spoken English.

* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
