Job Description
The Electrical Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, equipment, and components within the paper manufacturing facility. They ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the electrical infrastructure supporting the paper production processes.

Duties& Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance,troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, motors, transformers,switchgear, and other electrical equipment used in paper manufacturing
• Install, upgrade, and modifyelectrical wiring, lighting, and control systems supporting paper productionequipment
• Maintain electrical drawings,schematics, and documentation for the paper mill's electrical infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with relevantelectrical codes, safety standards, and regulations specific to the paperindustry
• Assist with the development andimplementation of maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical systems
• Collaborate with other maintenancetrades and production departments as needed to support paper manufacturingoperations
• Maintain a safe and organized workenvironment in the paper mill

Requirements

Min.Education & Skills Required
• Technical diploma or associate'sdegree in electrical engineering technology or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as anelectrical technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperindustry
• Proficiency in reading andinterpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safetystandards, and regulations applicable to paper manufacturing
• Experience with PLC (ProgrammableLogic Controller) programming and troubleshooting is an advantage
