JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilites

• Perform the preparation, servicing, and completion of downhole tools.
• Service tools in accordance with established Service Quality procedures and production schedules.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently while meeting supervisor and management expectations.
• Prepare accurate service documentation and maintain required records in a timely manner.
• Safely operate shop equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Collaborate with personnel across departments to support operational objectives.
• Participate in new project initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Follow all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
• Work assigned schedules as determined by management.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Travel domestically up to 10% as required.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels, vibration, dust, fumes, and odors.
• Perform duties both indoors and outdoors, including in varying weather and temperature conditions.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience servicing downhole tools or similar oilfield equipment preferred.
• Working knowledge of downhole tool operations and servicing procedures preferred.
• Ability to accurately complete service documentation and follow written procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or obtain required certifications.
