Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience. The work model for the role is: hybrid# This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified. • Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner. • Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database. • Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery. Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in in the management of resources, planning, handling of tools such as project management in major projects in the Colombian market.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in coordination and/or supervision for 3 years of experience in projects in field service area.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of knowledge of the service market in the industrial sector, Oil & Gas, or heavy industry (petrochemical, production, or related).
• PMI certification, advanced Office, SAP, ERPs or ATS.
• You are passionate about strategic leadership, Interpersonal communication, customer oriented, teamwork, organization and planning.
• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, electromechanical or related careers.
• You are at ease communicating in English at an advanced level.
