We are a fourth generation owner/operator of market rent apartment communities and are seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare vacant units for apartment turn over / make ready
2. Complete work orders in a timely fashion
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance
4. Perform general maintenance of building, appliances, and grounds
5. Must provide own tools and transportation
6. HVAC Certified Technician
