As Project Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of Splinters, ensuring it remains a high-performing, inclusive, and commercially successful enterprise.You'll lead a diverse team of staff, volunteers, and supported employees, driving income generation, community engagement, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial performance, sales, and product development
- Manage stock, suppliers, and workshop resources
- Create inclusive roles and coach supported employees and co-farmers
- Deliver person-centred support and conduct regular reviews
- Build strong community and stakeholder relationships
- Promote the enterprise through social media and local outreach
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all workshop activities
- Experience in woodwork, customer service, and team leadership
- A flexible, resilient, and inclusive approach to work
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Confidence working independently and managing diverse teams
- A full clean driving licence and access to own transport
- Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or Joinery
- UK manual driving licence
