JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The internship position is part of the EMEA & ASIA Tools é Services Profesionnal Solutions Team, supporting branches in their digital transformation journey. The mission of the role is to actively contribute to corporate business initiatives, with a strong focus on digital technologies, e-commerce solutions, data management and process automation. Key tasks include:

Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment of all the stakeholders with central timelines and objectives.

Analysing data and reporting to identify improvement areas and support decision-making.

Process Optimization & Change management streamlining workflows, and helping teams adapt to new tools and processes to improve efficiency across the organization.

This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, with exposure to multiple stakeholders and digital project execution. Proactivity, engagement, and analytical thinking are key to success.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Customer Engagement, Experience & Business Growth
    • Set up initiatives to boost sales, strengthen customer engagement and increase customer satisfaction
    • Perform data analysis leveraging CRM and BI tools to support business decisions.

E-Commerce Deployment
    • Contribute to the deployment of e-commerce solutions to answer business needs.
    • Support digital sales initiatives and ensure smooth adoption at local level.

Process Optimization & Change Management
    • Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency across the organization.
    • Contribute to automation projects (RPA), data consolidation, and the creation of MDM/CMD structures.
    • Actively participate in change management activities to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

INTERNAL : EMEA Subsidiaries, EMEA PS Teams, Digital Biz Development, Marketing & E-Commerce Teams

EXTERNAL : Technology provider

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
• Educational Background in Digital Business, Innovation Management, or related fields
• Experience in project management, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Analytical mindset, organized, and comfortable with data. Experience with data collection and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Forms) preferred.
• Ability to create clear and engaging documentation and presentations
• Basic understanding and usage of AI tools to support decision-making and enhance productivity
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.
