Within the Climate Technical Excellence unit of the Group Climate Hub, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to act as a strategic partner across Business Units. The role will directly support the Head of Climate Technical Excellence in driving ad-hoc strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders across the Group.

The job holder can be based both in Milan or Trieste.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• managing and coordinating special strategic projects with Business Units, from scoping to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• supporting the liaison between the Climate Hub and senior BU stakeholders, preparing key leadership meetings and follow-up actions
• providing transversal oversight across the unit, ensuring synergies and knowledge-sharing among different workstreams (pricing, modelling, loss prevention, risk accumulation)
• identifying emerging priorities and ad-hoc support requests from BUs, translating them into actionable initiatives for the unit
• preparing strategic reports, executive presentations, and consolidated updates for top management
• contributing to the overall development of the Climate Hub, ensuring consistency in processes, tools, and communication across the Group.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or strategic project management roles
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with proven experience in senior stakeholder engagement
• Ability to synthesize complex technical content into clear, business-oriented outputs
• Strong interest in the insurance business (prior technical experience is not required)
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving orientation
